Overview

With any mission, there are many moving parts and information coming from dozens (if not hundreds) of sources across the globe and stratosphere. The All-source Analyst’s duty is to discover, develop and dissect raw data, and assess viable intelligence across these various sources. They evaluate and ensure all intelligence activities are accurate and optimized to enable Space Force acquisitions, tests and operations.

Career Duties

  • Produces all-source intelligence using multiple disciplines including Signals Intelligence (SIGINT), Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT), Human Intelligence (HUMINT), and Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT)
  • Produces situation estimates and adversary assessments
  • Trains military personnel on collecting and reporting requirements, recognition and procedures
  • Assesses offensive and defensive weapon system capabilities
  • Prepares, maintains and presents intelligence reports to leadership

Qualifications

Minimum Education

  • Obtain a qualifying ASVAB score: general minimum score of 46

Requirements

  • Completion of a current National Agency Check with Local Agency Checks and Credit Check
  • Successful completion of a Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI)
  • No speech disorders or noticeable communications deficiencies
  • Completion of Basic Military Training
  • Must be a U.S. citizen
  • Must be between the ages of 17 and 42

Status Upon Completion

Enlisted Guardians will earn credits toward an Intelligence Studies and Technology associate’s degree through the Community College of the Air Force.
